Artist - Erin Blum


A Wisconsin artist, Erin learnt from local artists after school. Focusing on a career where she could immediately find employment, she attended MATC for Commercial Art. She worked in Fort Howard Paper Company’s Art Department, then Minneapolis for Lithosmiths, later, Watt Peterson Graphic Design. Back in Wisconsin, she rediscovered watercolor, while raising a family of five. Memberships: League of Milwaukee Artists, Wisconsin Visual Artists, Mequon/Thiensville Senior Art League, Cedarburg Artists Guild. Exhibits: Cedar Creek Pottery; Cedarburg Cultural Center; various shows. Also teaches short sessions in watercolor. Artist - Paula DeStefanis


Paula DeStefanis graduated in Illustration and Graphic Design at MIAD with graduate course work with the Museum School in Boston.. She has held many artistic positions such as gallery director, window designer, muralist and graphic designer. 9 years ago she was voted among one the most influential woman artists in Milwaukee by The Journal Sentinel. Paula exhibits regularly at galleries nationally and participates in juried art fairs. She is the Program Director for NSAA and the Director of newly founded Arts Mill. Artist - Irene Taylor


Irene has worked her entire career in the graphics arts filed, She found interest in the field after working for a local newspaper in her high school years and graduated from file clerk to editorial cartoonist. Her painting and drawing took a backseat as she pursued work in a commercial art field and later teaching. She hold an Associate Degree in Commercial Art, a Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, a Masters Degree in Training , and Certification in Web Design.

Her latest artistic efforts are directed mainly in the medium of watercolor, and these entries for the Saxophone Art celebration are created in watercolors. They will, however be executed in acrylic paints to withstand outdoor exhibition. The colors are intended to be bright and the detail is directed at creating a colorful pattern that will add to the festive look of them.

Seeing comes before words. Light travels faster than sound.

Alicia is an intrinsically conceptual and she loves to generate ideas visually. She is a modern mystic who loves colour and form, most notably natural patterns concerning theoretical physics and human evolution. Divine proportion, colour theory, abstract selecting, Fibonacci. Mediums included painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, print making, and design. Visual communication was my major in College. Photography and commissioned pieces are my bread and butter. Social magic, creative freedom, and perceiving the truth in lights are of primary importance to me, but most of all Love. We all the capability to make everything more beautiful. She is sensitive and intuitive optimist. Art is intelligence. Art is my purpose.
