The Ozaukee County Land & Water Management Department is now accepting pre-registration for the Clean Sweep Program scheduled for June 9 and 10.
The County Clean Sweep is an opportunity for residents, agricultural producers, and some businesses to properly dispose of hazardous waste and used tires. The Land and Water Management Department has coordinated this new Clean Sweep program, partnering with the Ozaukee County Highway Department and Veolia Environmental Services.
Pre-registration and a $20.00 /vehicle fee is required for the household and agricultural hazardous waste collection; it is not necessary to pre-register for tires. There is a fee for tires, based on the tire size.
